We thought we’d close up this week by pointing out some of our favorite life-is-better-when-you’re-green sites. Our first stop, as always when cruising the eco-sphere, is the big green Treenhugger. They got us all excited about the upcoming Haute Green show in Williamsburg next month, which will include a bevy of smart designs, like these pillows by Gayla Rosenfeld (they’re made from upholstery scraps). Steve Case, the founder of AOL, has been busy with his latest project lime.com (“healthy living with a twist”). Check out their blogs, where you can learn about urban compost heaps… all you need to get started is a plastic home for your worms. Look at composters.com for ideas. You’ll find all kinds of cute everyday eco-living products at the green guy. His “eco stuff anyone can do” is pretty inspiring, until you realize he lives in England.
