blogwatch: a stylist's favorite clicks

This week we decided to ask our friend and stylist extraordinaire, Holly Donaldson to share some of her favorite sites with us. Holly is an amazing shopper, able to spot the finds at flea markets and tucked-away boutiques with precision. She’s constantly scouring the web for design ideas for clients and these are some of her regular stops.
imedaGoze is a mom and blogger in Singapore with great taste and a fab links page. If you want to stay globally connected, this is a great stop.
Neat-o-Rama isn’t just neat, it’s Shelterrific! Check out their home & garden pages for great finds like the “shrub bench” and “bucket sink” (the names say it all!). Stay a while and venture around, and you’ll find all sorts of treats. Like this post about 15 amazingly fat cats.
Designer’s Library is by a writer, designer and illustrator in San Francisco. check out the post about Third Drawer Down’s artist tea towels. Love!
fosfor.se is an eclectic blog-watching blog that covers all kinds of innovative ideas, like coffee in a tea bag (pictured above) of which we are highly suspicious.
It’s Knot Wood, one of our favorite blogs, is getting ready for winter, which seems to be the faux bois season, don’t you think?
The Food Section is a rich and compulsively addicting foodie blog. Be sure to visit their the shopping list for groovy kitchen prods.
And, be sure to file away Holly’s site in your virtual Rolodex! Enjoy!

I’m not sure about that particular “coffee in a tea bag” – but single-cup coffee bags have been around for a while. I think Maxwell House even makes them.
However, my mom has a little (Melitta?) gold metal filter contraption that sits on top of a mug as water is poured through it, and is itself the size of a small mug. The filter has a plastic casing in several pieces. It makes a passable cup of coffee because the coffee is still brewed as it would be in a drip coffeemaker.
thanks for the mention!
Hi Holly & shelterrific: Thank you for the mention. :)
