Stumped for a unique gift idea? Why not put your jpgs to work and order a creations of your own. Here’s a list of our favorite sites that let you upload your photos and turn them into things. Order soon to get your goodies in time for the holidays!

Canvas on Demand — Four day turnaround! It’s the one we have used more often, including the Ruby painting above, and Megan’s wedding photo.

Martha Stewart Designs at Kodakgallery.com — Just cards right now, but there are plenty of cute ones to choose from. Come back soon for calendars! Takes about nine days.

Gallerystreet.com — Makes pillows, tablecloths, shower curtains, handbags, and more. We spotted this one in the new O at Home feature, “Where The Wild Things Are.”

ShutterFly — We always use this site to make our quick digital prints and photo albums, but they also do things like coffee mugs, magnets, coasters and storage boxes.

Cookie HQ — We’ve written about these cute photo cookies before. Would be a great gift for a family with a new baby!

most kinkos shops will also print on canvas, not sure if its stretched out on a frame or not, but its far cheaper than canvas on demand

I’m obsessed with Flickr’s moo cards. I have a huge chunk of the photo history of my family in a little box that I can carry in my purse. It overwhelms me with it’s cuteness! http://www.moo.com/flickr/

A site the I have used but gives more options is http://www.photofiddle.com. I have been ordering from them for about 2 years and been happy with everything I made on there. You have have the option of putting your photo on canvas but also they let you make into an oil paiting, or a warhol and stuff like that.
