I disagree about them edging out birds: they include birds and are part of the bird trend. I'd say that I thought owls were going to edge out birds, but you understand why that is a faulty theory. ;) anyway. i have that keyboard vacuum; i ordered it from japan a few years ago. it's so cute, but it sadly doesn't really have enough suction to do the job, so I don't think I'd recommend it. Just use the Dustbuster you probably already own, and a brush attachment.
