		<description>i read the &quot;home remedy for cleaning a broiler pan&quot; + i have a better one.
the remedy was to heat up the pan so you can more easily scrub the gook off,
but if you sprinkle baking soda on the black caked on stuff, then pour vinegar or lemon juice on + leave it overnight, it will dissolve the crud.
i&#039;m going to post that on my blog too. i LOVE baking soda!</description>
