don’t be scared! it’s horchow’s red room

Spotted this image the other day and thought we’d share. It’s from Horchow’s mirror collection. We love the idea of color-coordinating frames to match the paint color of a wall, and this blood red hue seems just right for Valentine’s season. What do you think? Is it too much?

   yep, love it too. but i’d rather ignore the connection to valentine’s day. such a sucker for red walls.

   It seems like red living rooms were a big trend a few years ago (even a year ago, it seemed like everyone on Apartment Therapy had either a dark red living room or an orange accent wall).

   But, it was a darker shade of red.

   Target’s Global Bazaar currently has a mirror like the one in the bottom center of the photo.
