new finds at target: graham & brown

The other day we spotted a post at design*sponge about Graham & Brown wallpaper at Target. We’ve been fan’s of this British wallpaper company for ages now. They make great wall art, frosted window decals and more. Definitely check out Graham & Brown’s site — coming soon, a Thomas Paul line! So it’s huge news that they are now at Target. Among the finds, these two digital wall murals, Woodland and Blue Water.

A few other things worth noting at Target: These melamine diner plates are from a company called Bob’s Your Uncle that we like a lot. Check out their site here. And, these Udon Noodle Bowls are old standbys on our great gift idea list.

FY those diner plates are available for $38 from Sprout Home, http://store.sprouthome.com/setof4dipl.html — much cheaper than the $49 at Target.

Target is our favorite store for good, inexpensive, well-designed items, of course. We got really hooked on their PLAIN tissue boxes. Nothing on them but the word TISSUE. We’d buy them by the dozen, in black, white or gray. Then those disappeared replaced by colors, but nice muted neutrals, so that was okay. Now, they’re gone. No plain tissue boxes. The patterns on the boxes are not in keeping with my decor! Anyone, ideas, other than those, usually heavy, ceramic tissue box “hiders?”

Oh my, I love the Target tissue boxes too. I like their patterns, but something plain… hmm. I’ll look around!

Target is my favorite place to shop. I was so excited when three of my friends gave me target gift cards for my B-day in Dec. I spend all day shopping there. My friends and I hope to sell our wall decals there soon, we are trying to get a deal with Target. If you want feel free to check out our brand new site and give us some feedback. http://www.slicksticks.com

Plain (refer to my MUJI comment) is what we like, thus our yearning for the tissue boxes. Thanks for looking around for us, Angela. Aaron, your slick sticks are such fun. We saw a lot of this on our last trip to Paris…okay not exactly what you do but stick ons. Also, we saw some featured at the Cooper-Hewitt design show in NYC. I hope Target gives you a deal.
