In yesterday’s The New York Times Key Magazine, there was a peek inside one of the renovated apartments at the Plaza Hotel. The famed hotel has been closed down for two years now, while it was turned into super-lux apartments. The one shown in The Times’ story Eloise Doesn’t Live Here Anymore is priced at $12.5 million and comes with corner views and furniture from the Versace Home Collection. Visit The Plaza Residences’ website to fantasize over layouts and dream about whether you want a just a peid-a-terre (Hotel Condominium suites from $1.5 million) or a full-on private residence (from $2.5 to about $40 million).
