bit the bullet and bought some flor tiles!
After a month of gazing and dreaming at the spring Flor catalog, I finally decided to take the plunge and ordered some tiles over the weekend. I purchased 22 Amazing Lace squares in brown. My plan is to put them in our tiny entryway and down our hallway — which isn’t really much of a hallway but more the space between the kitchen and living room. Right now we have three Navajo rugs (I bought on eBay two years ago), which I love. But I think they break up the space the too much and having one, long, uniform rug will help the space feel bigger. That’s the idea, anyhow. Above is the photo from the Flor site. I promise to show you one of my new Flor tiles in place as soon as they arrive. Wish me luck! — Angela M.

For those of you who have worked with Flor, is it possible to use them on stairs?

I love my flor tiles. For klutzy people like me they’re heaven sent since they’re so easy to clean—the ones I got can be washed easily in the sink. Plus they’re eco friendly and will recycle your old unwanted flor tiles for you!
