will you buy martha stewart frozen food?

I can hear the Jay Leno jokes already! But it’s true, Martha Stewart is developing a line of frozen foods which will be sold at Costco sometime next year. First, she made paints and sheets, then entire homes, and debuting this week, a line of paper crafts at Michaels. And now she’s preparing to move into our fridges! Perhaps she’s trying to keep a step ahead of Rachael Ray? As long she doesn’t start endorsing donuts, I think we’ll be okay. Personally, I’ll be the first in line to try whatever frozen goodies the mogul packages up. Wonder what it will be? I bet she’ll do the classics like chicken pot pies. What about you? Will you buy Martha Stewart-made frozen meals? — Angela M.

I think it depends on the meals, (you couldn’t pay me to eat a chicken pot pie) but I have bought her other products (paint, towels) and loved them so I certainley give her a food a chance.

i think the thing with her is that she’s so arrogant that she wouldn’t put her name on anything that’s not up to parr with her standards. i used to order from her now-folded catalog, and the quality was consistently good. also, her flowers usually last 3 to 4 times longer than store-bought. they’re, like, hyper-flowers or something.

Only if they’re not laden with the chemicals and fillers than most frozen foods contain. I can’t imagine that’s even possible!

The only celebrity frozen foods I’ve ever purchased were frozen pizzas by Wolfgang Puck, which were seriously superb. What ver happened to them?

I would definitely buy them, why not? I can’t imagine they would suck. Right now I am hooked on the California Pizza Kitchen frozen pizzas. Most company’s who already have a big name would not sell their products in stores unless it was pretty good. I wonder if they are going to be more like family meals or individual. I heard she may also have non-frozen foods too.

I have tried her chilie and her apple raspberry pie and they are delicious.
