I saw these Calzones on dachsies and design—they might be a contender &#8217;cause they look so fun. The recipe is here (but I would just follow the part about making them witch hatty. 		<description>I made a Cooking Light version of this a few weeks ago, but wasn&#039;t too happy with the results - it was much too dry.  I&#039;ll have to try this one.  

I wasn&#039;t too familiar with this dish before, but since having made it, it&#039;s been referenced on Heroes and I saw another recipe on Chow, I believe.  And now here!  Weird, but maybe I just never paid attention before.</description>
