A lot of our favorite bloggers seem to be enjoying a few well deserved days off (we all need those from time to time) but we still found a few treasures after our holiday. SF Girl By Bay always points us towards great finds, and we really love this one: 3191 A Year Of Mornings. A visual blog by two friends, in two of our favorite cities, Portland, ME and Portland, OR. 3191 is how many miles they live apart, and (nearly) each day they each take a photo. You know we love cats on beds, but when matched with a cherry snack they look especially sweet.

Apartment Therapy has a new gal blogging from Europe, and this week she writes about Golborne Road, which is found at the end of Portbello Rd, a massive flea market.

Here’s a great idea from One Woman’s Cottage Life… Take an old dresser, give it a little paint job, and put it on your porch to create a little garden center. Put a plant in a drawer!
