tales from the gift show: dog day afternoon

I have been at the Gift Show. Up and down, aisle after aisle. As delirium set in on day two, I passed a booth and soon back tracked. Did my eyes see what I thought they saw? Yup, they did. An Aunthentic “Redbird” Subway Grab. O.K. I bring this up because I really want to know what you would do with this. Where in your home would the “Redbird” Subway Grab ($20) hang best? Holy Moses! Upfront I am going to tell you I couldn’t fit it in anywhere…ever. I get on the F train day in and day out, grab the “redbird” and hope no one spills their coffee on me. The metrocard ornament ($30) is a different story. Check out other fun stuff at the Metropolitan Transit Authority Museum store. — Allison R.

You didn’t happen to see a booth for Intl Arrivals, did you? I love their woodgrain notebook.
