I’m starting a little clip file of decorating ideas for the cottage, and this one is on the top of the pile. Another Shade of Grey reminded me of it recently — it’s simply pieces of fabric stretched through an embroidery hoop and displayed on a wall. When shopping for fabrics for the wedding, I came across a few great shops that sell small squares of meant for quilting. Here’s one where you can see a bunch of fabrics, but for those of you that are crafty, you probably already have some lying around, waiting for their moment in the spotlight.
