That gold-leafed paperweight is actually via Design*Sponge and her loving display of many paperweights, available for $140 at http://www.atypyk-e-shop.com/boutique_us/fiche_produit.cfm?type=4&ref=AT26104&code_lg=lg_us&pag=1&num=0
I can’t find it on that site but followed the links as far as I could.
Not everyone is going to love a paperweight as much as Grace of D*S loves a paperweight (or Phoebe of Silk Felt Soil gets excited either), or will be chic enough to appreciate what appears to be a spray-painted rock, I just have to say. I would have a problem giving this as a gift to anyone, being over 10 years of age, even if it costs more than a standard allowance.
The inspiration of such, though, at Silk Felt Soil, has some interesting results on the cheap. I would try this as a project for my own home.
