They built them incorrectly and charged me to return ship them back. I found their customer service awful. The shades are lovely, but if you live in a city I'd suggest finding a lighting place locally that will make you a custom shade. I wouldn't deal with alluminaire again. My fixture has three cylinders in cream with dark brown trim. The shades hang at descending levels. I don't have a camera, sorry. The company was wonderful to deal with and the order came quickly. I could not have received better customer service from them, and the quality and workmanship are great. I get tons of compliments on it. The only thing I wish I did was that I had included a diffuser on my lamp, as they are not able to added on once they are made. My light is on a dimmer, but had I had a chance to do it again, I would have put that diffuser on there. I have an alluminaire drum pendant over my kitchen table, and I love it!
