Papa-san extraordinaire Brad Pitt is making it easy for all of us to help out those in need this holiday season, thanks to his Make It Right project to build new homes for those who lost everything during Hurricane Katrina. The site is amazingly well designed and fun to explore. You can give is a little as $5 in cash, or actually buy an essential to go in one of the homes, like a modern fan, kitchen appliances or even outdoor landscaping. We have definitely added Make it Right to our year end giving. What do you spend on designer coffee in a week? If you spend $15 and multiply it by 52 weeks, that makes $780. Think about it, one Latte at $3.50 times 52 equals $182-is that too hard to do? I am not into the movie star scene but Brad Pitt seems to have it together.
