I got the Nigella Express for myself as an early Christmas present. I've made the bacon-brandied chicken, the hokey pokey and the instant chocolate mousse already. They were all hits - except for the hokey pokey. I think that was my fault as I don't think I cooked it long enough and it just stuck to our teeth instead of being a crispy hard candy. :S Ooo!
