We made one of these last year, it was as much fun to decorate as it was to eat (and boy was it fun to eat!). Ours was chocolate with orange liqueur, from allrecipes too.

I spent Christmas in Paris 7 years ago and all the Buche de Noel had little plastic (toy) saws in them.
I always wonder if anyone has ever seen them in NY??

mmm, looks delish! I’ve been dying to make one, but Christmas this year, like most years, was movies and chinese food. Maybe I’ll shake it up next year and attempt it
