blogwatch: where we’ve been clicking this week

yard

Apartment Therapy got into the Valentine’s Day spirit with a fun look at a yard decorated by someone who really, really loves love.

Some momentous news via Jezebel: sales of boxed macaroni and cheese are up! We know we’re supposed to only like the gourmet, three+ cheese variety, but we confess to a lingering fondness for that good ol’ powdered cheese stuff in eye-popping orange.

Speaking of color, Decor8 took a look at the latest Pottery Barn catalog and discovered they’ve moved beyond the beige, black and red and into some much more colorful territory.

Stylehive brings us the very fun and also very colorful “10 Green Nursery Items for the Eco-Chicest Kid on the Block.” (What? We’ve got babies on the brain!)

And check out this Modern Tots trees bedding at It’s (K)not Wood. Why are the coolest sheets always made for kids?

At swissmiss, you can get a head-start on spring by growing your own, very chic circular lawn. (Hmmm, we may have to do a real-life test garden about this).

Domino intrigued us with their instant mail-order guestroom. A little too matchy perhaps, but certainly efficient.

Finally, we checked in with Scrumdillydilly. Jek always has so many great projects going, we feel a little guilty. But we can assuage that guilt by purchasing one of her fun designs like these fungus cards! Nothing says lovin’ like fungus.

An everyday eco baby must is anything from Nature’s Baby Organic.

The shampoos and body washes work and smell great. Plus with everything in the news about phthalates, it’s nice not to have to worry.
