Just finished Maira Kalman's Principals of Uncertainty and now am loving the british WWII poster "Keep Calm and Carry on"
I am in the process of trying to purchase it.
In our kitchen a very large "Eat Good Food" prevails.
I like that one a lot too!

Trellis patterns - they have that old preppy classic staying power, yet they continue to be updated by stylemasters like Kelly Wearstler and Jonathan Adler.

Goofy ceramic animals. At the moment I have an elephant and a big-ass ram in rotation.

Zebra. I don't actually have any in my house, and I can see it is oft-overused. But I still love it. And overwrought Italianate gilt frames, which is more of an old-lady thing to love than trendy, but... I love them.

I love all the fresh greens that are out this spring. I also still like the "Keep Calm and Carry On" poster, although I like it 'cause I need the reminder every so often.

Toile!

Also, stuff that looks old and lived in, which I've liked since before it was popular. I don't think I'll ever get tired of it... except the obviously fake-old stuff, which is already old... and not in a good way.

I'm still into the deer heads, but not real ones. That is only because they fit into the environment I'm in now; woodsy, open, actual deer running around the house. I'm liking the owls for the same reason. It's a trend now, which is great, because I can get the items when they are easy to find, but I'll hold on to them and make them part of my permanent style.
