We spotted these cute soft sculpture townhouses at Cool Mom Picks and immediately thought they were great gifts for the Shelterrific crowd. Sure, kids would get a kick out of them, but could they really appreciate the irony of snuggle-ly real estate like us? Doubt it! Made by Etsy seller Mummysan, they sell for about $45 a piece. She also makes some super adorable stuffed cars, chairs, and oh yes, dolls.
