curious about the curiosity shoppe? peek in their home

We’re huge fans of the Curiosity Shoppe, a boutique and online emporium filled with carefully chosen items that suit our aesthetic to a tee. Needless to say, we were thrilled to find this story at nest.com about the couple behind the brand, Lauren & Derek, and to get a peek in their home. Their pad is filled with inspiring DIY tricks, like the groovy homemade console in the photo above (made from Todd Oldham’s Handmade Modern book) and the corkboard frames they used for their art gallery. If we had one tenth their creativity, we’d be blessed (and shop keepers). In the meantime, at least we can steal a few ideas from this story, and shop at their store.

Thanks for this post. Their site is fantastic! It’s going to cost me plenty, though.
