I just returned from a wonderful week in Quebec city. Booking a hotel for a trip always stresses me out. I’ve found that the hotel website often cannot be trusted. How many times have you viewed beautiful images of luxurious rooms, only to end up in a dark, dusty cave with a not-so-clean feel? Sites like tripadvisor help to ease the worry by posting reviews, but how much trust can you put in a random tourist you’ve never met? Lucky for me, the folks at Hotel PUR were honest in their description. The modern look may not be your ideal, but the rooms at PUR are sleek, comfortable and clean. I loved the bright white bed linens against the dark grey headboard. Pops of orange around the room brightened the whole look. My room looked just like the image on the website (including the great view!) — Erica P.
