I’ve already mentioned my delight in the rooms at Hotel PUR in Quebec city, but one of my favorite design elements was visible before I even entered my room. Walking off the elevator I was immediately struck with the way the room numbers were displayed. Forget bronzed numbers above the peephole, or small plaques next to the door. These numbers were bold, bright orange and located at the base of each door. I thought the overall look was fantastic. I’m definitely stealing this idea at some point! –Erica P.
