picture our house on a stamp

I spotted this idea in O at Home magazine a couple months ago and decided to give it a shot. It’s a customized rubber stamp from picturemystamp.com. I sent in a photo of our Catskill house in the snow, and this is the result. Representing the official Shelterrific HQ, I’m thinking I’ll use it to make mailing labels, thank you cards and such. All sorts of photos could be made into a stamp (pets and babies come to mind as some super cute options), but ya gotta admit that having your own House Stamp is truly great. The cost was about $60. After you upload the photo you will have a chance to review the order before completing. Save this one for a holiday gift idea! — Angela M.

I saw this in O Home, too and saved it. The stamp turned out terrific! I bet you use it all the time. I love things like that. Perfect.

This is a GREAT idea! I actually had a stamp with my face on it that I made in a photo booth at the Space Needle (hee) years before I lived out here. It held up for a long time. What fun that I can make more now…not of my face, though.

I also ordered one after seeing the O Home write up, and I was amazed how well the stamp turned out. Highly recommended!

Oh, I *love* this idea! And that image of your house transferred so well into a stamp. (If only my house had that much curb appeal!)
