I was just given a set of gorgeous bowls for my birthday. The best part about them, besides the great color and design, is that they’re oven proof! (They’re also dishwasher safe, which would be great if I owned a dishwasher.) I can finally make onion soup gratine the way it was intended, with the cheesy toast broiled on top in the actual bowl. And that’s just the beginning. Individual portions of crispy topped mac & cheese are next on the menu. The bowls are by Always Azul Pottery located in Villa Grove, Colorado.
