Odd. The nice thing about a bowl is that you can move it around and clean your countertop easily. This is clunky and not to hot to look at either.

I like it. Of course there is a little silliness in it, but it does push the boundaries of a “bowl” and makes you think. Or at least react. I am of the belief that if everyone likes your work, then you’re not trying hard enough. You need a little controversy if you want to make art. Isn’t it better to elicit both love AND hate than simple indifference?

I wouldn’t even want a bowl for $118, let alone this stupid fence-type thing. This doesn’t “blur the boundary between art and design.” This is art that someone is trying to pass off as having any sort of design purpose, when it clearly does not. And even as art, it’s not so hot.

Unique item but not very feasible. You would only be able to use
it with a couple of items as shown or some unsuspecting person
would try to move it or pick it up and spill the contents.
