		<description>I discovered pies in jars via Not Martha, and we love them for tossing into lunch bags (I usually switch the order and bake first, then freeze). Haven&#039;t tried pecan pie, but do fruit crisps sometimes to avoid rolling out pie crust, and my regular recipe worked just fine.</description>
