With the days getting shorter and colder, I’ve been feeling the need to brighten my abode. I don’t get a ton of light in my apartment, but I’ve got just enough coming through the kitchen window to nourish a few small houseplants. Before picking up a plant at the farmers market this weekend, I’d like to find a cool new planter. I immediately fell for the simple design of the Obleek concrete planters. They’re made of a concrete mix so they’re 40% lighter than standard concrete. They’re finished with a satin polish that gives them a nice shine. The small obleek is just 8″ in diameter and 3.5″ tall. I think that makes it a perfect fit for my windowsill. –Erica P.
