aflutter over these lifelike crocheted butterflies

I love the look of encased butterflies on a wall, but always think they are a tad sad, the memory of their short lives being preserved under glass. That’s why these alpaca crocheted butterflies from Oeuf speak to me. They celebrate both nature’s gorgeous designs AND human craftiness. Set of three is $64. –Angela M.

I love those! Not a bad price, either.

These are gorgeous – love the colors and the homemade aspect!
Another option (albeit less homemade and colorful) are these fluttering metal dragonflies that are 3D and look like they’re flying off the wall…

I saw them in a local boutique a few weekends ago and they look super pretty (very light), I just don’t have a spot on my wall for them!

Where could I get a pattern for those butterflies?
I would love to make them myself!
They are so beautiful.
Thanks.
