He he! All I meant by 'design cliche' is that they're a bit of a stylists' wet dream and you used to see them in all sorts of photo shoots - a bit like the Kitchen Aid, Dualit toaster and francisfrancis coffee machine in every kitchen (though the latter two things might be very British too and yes, I have all three in my kitchen).

I think the heyday of the Roberts radio in the UK was about 4 years ago, though I'd still like one here in the US. Not sure if they'd work here though. Does anyone know?

Okay, I am excited about the Sweet Pea cleaning kit. I agree with you, cleaning your home thoroughly is the first thing to do for spring's arrival.
Last month my sister & myself had a large & cold (29* Tag Sale) a week before the weather looked great! But my home is free of clutter, my garage as well and my studio.
I then start with cleaning windows, touching up baseboards and repairing any necessary fix it's that occurred over the winter.
I started moving furniture away from the walls & cleaning the rooms, vaccuuming the walls & draperies. Then the furniture gets a good vaccuum as well.
But I love great smelling products & add a green cleaner & it is even better. For my home as well as the environment. I like Mrs. Meyers products & would love to try the Sweet Pea collection.
Theres nothing like coming home to a well smelling home!
