kind of genius: chew chew spoons

I don’t have kids, so I don’t have to hand feed a fussy toddler. But if I did, I’d get some help from these genius Chew Chew Spoons. The three designs are made from beech wood with a removable spoon. Now when you go for the “Here comes the train, open up the station” routine, you can be a bit more convincing. Available for about $18 at Up To You Toronto. –Erica P.

$18 for one spoon that will really, really hurt when your child flings it out of your hand and it hits you in the face? Emphatically not cute.

I would be more inclined to use these as decoration because they’re so cute. However, if I knew they would get our little one to eat his “gourmet chicken and apple compote,” then I’d be willing to spend $18 on a baby spoon!
