This post over at Apartment Therapy The Kitchn has me giddy at the thought of my local farmers market’s spring bounty. I cannot wait to buy bags and bags of fresh English peas and enjoy the simple act of shelling them. My mouth is already watering for this amazing pea dish from the fantastic cookbook The Breakaway Cook by Eric Gower. I made it once last spring and have been dreaming about it ever since!
