Our changing table is on of those little kitchen shelving units from Target, three pull-out baskets under a sort of counter top to which we’ve strapped the changing pad. It’s a perfect height, very stable, and ready to be re- purposed in an instant! Now I feel all giddy with coolness, having discovered that I beat Cookie magazine to the punch. Thanks!

I like this idea too. We’re expecting a baby in October, but have a small living space. This would be useful when the baby is in diapers, but then we could use it in the garage someday when we’re in a bigger space. Nice!
