Basic roll out cookie dough and stick inserted before baking and because they were on a stick they could be dipped into all sorts of thinner icings or melted chocolates before punch positioning them into a foam base to air dry standing. Sometimes we dipped them into sprinkles and colored sugars and also filled the centers with nuts, dried fruits, chocolate kisses and such...hmmmm These remind me of the cookie pops we made as kids.
