teabag mug: the cup with a sense of humor

I couldn’t help but chuckle at the design of these Teabag Mugs from Bailey Doesn’t Bark. Check out the Bailey Doesn’t Bark Blog for a sneak peek at the process of making these unique cups. While $36 seemed like a lot to pay for a mug, once I saw how much work goes into making each one, it didn’t seem like too much. I think a set of two would make a great housewarming gift. — Erica P.

Oh, I really love this. Not sure I can justify the price tag, but it is definitely now on my wish list.
I can’t agree that $36 is a reasonable amount of money to spend on a mug. I’d really like to see posts that give a nod to the fact that we’re in a recession, and focus on reasonably priced goods.
Tasha, every week we post with a nod to the recession — DIYs of making bibs out of towels, comforters that don’t break the bank, my cheap kitchen redo, decorating a little girl’s room on a budget, lots and lots of easy, inexpensive meals. I even posted once or twice about losing my job early this year. We do what we can — just keep your eyes open!
