I, too, was initially skeptical, but I used the mini loaf pans and they were fantastic - my breads cooked evenly and looked ready to give without any extra effort. Prior to that I used the disposable foil ones from the grocery store, but I wanted something prettier. I ordered them on line and they worked great. They are the same ones in your picture, I just used mini loaf pans. I will be using them again this year. There is a picture of my many, mini loaves of lemon bread in this post.
