attic renovation: it’s finished!
Hi Everyone! Just a quick post because we are up to our ears in boxes! We are getting ready to move into our new home this weekend, and are so excited about how our attic renovation turned out. No doubt we will be putting the foam insulation to the test soon as summer temperatures start to heat things up. We added two ceiling fans as well — from Modern Fan — which should help keep things breezy. For now, the walls are just white, and I suspect it will be a while before the space is furnished and box-free. But I am most excited about the 8-feet of closet space we have added! Hooray! I will do some more updates as we settle in! — Angela M.

So jealous…I miss the days of living somewhere I could afford a house with an attic! : )
Wow, that looks great–and yeah, all that closet space! Makes me itch to put the dormer on the front of our house… (we’re in a cape, so no attic, but the house is only dormered in the back.) But there’s so much to do before we could even think to start on that.
