Sarah Christensen, editor, is a magazine marketing professional and freelance writer who lives in New York City’s West Village. When she’s not justifying her insatiable penchant for pasta or resisting the purchase of a dog, she enjoys devising small-space solutions for a bedroom comprised (tragically) of more bed than room. Megan Barone is an occasional caterer, culinary instructor, and writer as well as rocking out her day job running the food demo program at her local “nautical/Hawaiian-themed” grocery store. A West Coast native, she now holds down the fort in Seattle with her husband, two cats, and an ever-expanding art collection in a 1961 rambler they are DIY-ing to its deserved potential. Erica Policow is a food editor as well as an artist and craftster who lives in New York City’s West Village.
